Cloudflare乌龙事件：大规模发送SSL降级邮件 但纯属误发
网络服务商 Cloudflare 日前出现乌龙事件，大量用户收到来自 Cloudflare 发布的通知邮件，在通知中 Cloudflare 称用户已经申请 SSL for SaaS 降级，Cloudflare 将在 2026 年 4 月 20 日自动移除账号的剩余服务访问权限。
关键问题在于 Cloudflare SSL for SaaS 服务已经被设置为免费，所有账户的前 100 个自定义主机名都是免费使用的，只有超出 100 个的域名才按照没域名每月收费 0.1 美元。
所以 Cloudflare 发布的这封电子邮件让很多用户摸不着头脑，而且 Cloudflare 在邮件中并未提到用户的哪个域名被降级，这让部分用户赶紧登录控制台检查情况。
实际情况是这封邮件完全属于失误，Cloudflare 随后就发送第二封邮件称上一封邮件是误发，用户不需要执行任务操作，所有服务都正常工作，不会发生异常更改。
Cloudflare 还特地强调用户的域名、SSL for SaaS 服务、订阅等都不会被降级或者停止，Cloudflare 为自己造成的换乱向所有受影响的用户道歉。
